Who We Are

Mareterra Consulting Services is a Greek hospitality advisory firm backed by over four decades of operational experience, with roots dating back to 1982. As part of a diversified tourism group, we operate hotels, a Destination Management Company (DMC), a travel agency, and one of the largest privately owned tourist coach fleets in the Balkans.

Unlike traditional consultants, we are operators first. Every strategy we deliver is built on real operational experience, proven across our own businesses. By combining expertise in hospitality, investment, revenue management, marketing, technology, and operations, we help tourism businesses unlock sustainable growth, improve performance, and maximize long-term asset value.
